Our Work
The Adewale Isa Foundation proudly organizes Nigeria’s premier grassroots tennis event, providing opportunity, recognition and hope for the next generation of champions.
The Adewale Isa Foundation organizes Nigeria’s National Junior Tennis Championship, honoring the legacy of Coach Alhaji Adewale Isa. Each year, more than 200 children from across the country compete in U12, U14 and U16 categories, with the Foundation fully funding room and board to ensure accessibility for all players. Winners receive equipment and cash awards, and the boys’ and girls’ U12 champions earn complimentary training tours in the United States.
In alignment with our mission to expand opportunity beyond the court, the Foundation also supports its young athletes through educational scholarships—ensuring that every child we serve is empowered not only as a player, but as a student, leader and future changemaker.
More than a tournament, it is a movement to empower youth, nurturing discipline, resilience and community impact while paving a way for future champions – including the bold vision of supporting a junior player on the journey to become a 2028 Nigerian Olympian.
